All
existing Club Swiss Members of Swiss Privilege Limited ("SPL") who
possess a minimum of one in-force policy (EXCEPT SwissPlusAccount
II , SwissGuard and MyHealthcare policy) are eligible to participate
as referrers in this Client Referral Program. |
| 2. |
Any referee must not be a SPL client at present or in the last
6 months.

| 3. |
The Referrer will be rewarded 100 points for referring a client
to SPL successfully. For any successful referral case, it must be
a SwissAdvantage or Privilege Personal Portfolio or Privilege Dream
Builder or Formula Suisse or Swiss4 or SwissSmart or Protection Plan which has
passed the 21-day cooling off period and must meet any one of the
following criteria:
- It must be no less than US$250 monthly premium per policy. For
any individual policy contains both single and regular premiums
every US$10 single premium invested is calculated as US$1 regular
premium (please contact your servicing consultant for further
details); or
- It must be no less than US$30,000 single premium per policy.
