All Club Suisse members are entitled to this service. Please go
to "Initial Registration" page for registration. You may

What
is my login ID and password?
Your login ID for Privileged Access is the same as your Club Suisse
membership number. Upon successful registration, we will send you
your personal password to your email account provided within 24
hours.
What
should I do if I forgotten my password?
You can go to the "Forgot Password" page and repeat registration.
A new password will be sent to your email account provided upon
successful verification.
Can
I change my password?
We recommend the password to be changed on a regular basis. Please
go to "Change Password" page and follow the instruction.
Can
I check the balances of my investment account through Privileged
Access?
Yes, please go to "Policy Details" and select the plan
you want to check.
Can
I check the transaction details through Privileged Access?
Yes, Privileged Access allows you to view your transaction history
for the past 2 years.
Can
I do fund redirection and fund switching through Privileged Access?
Yes, you can do fund switching and change in premium spilt through
Privileged Access.
Can
I check fund prices through Privileged Access?
You can go to " Fund Details" to check individual fund's
fund price.
